Who am I?
About
I'm Raphaël, a Product Manager with a strong technical background. I started in networking and cybersecurity before moving into managing complex digital projects. This hybrid path lets me understand both the constraints of engineering teams and business stakes — and act as a real bridge between them.
I've worked on blockchain platforms, international real-estate digitization, and highly regulated environments.
What drives me: turning fuzzy ideas into concrete products, with tight-knit teams and delivery that holds up its promises.

End-to-end leadership of a blockchain-based iGaming platform with smart contracts. Scoping, multi-team coordination (engineering, design, QA, marketing, ops), spec writing (API, smart contracts), pre-prod testing (Postman, UI walkthroughs), and international releases with stakeholders across multiple countries. Set up a transparent communication framework to defuse internal tensions and build real team cohesion.

Projects
PDF-App
Full-stack web app for fitness and nutrition (in development). Upload PDFs of training programs or recipes, AI extracts structured data automatically (ingredients, shopping lists, exercises). A side-project blending tech and physical optimization.
What lights me up
Hobbies
Basketball
Certified FFBB referee at department level and coach. Basketball taught me to read team play, make fast decisions under pressure, and understand how each role matters within a team.
Video games & board games
A passion since childhood. I enjoy diving into a great solo game just as much as joining a multiplayer match. Board games hold a special place: there's something irreplaceable about sitting around a table — I love revisiting classics as much as discovering new titles.
History
History fascinates me as a whole — from the earliest civilizations to the modern era. Understanding how the world was built, the decisions that changed everything, the events no one saw coming. A way to stay alert to the world around us.
